Arcadium Lithium Online Registry Facilities
Computershare’s Investor Centre enables you to have fast, 24 hour and secure access to your holding, including the ability to:
• view your holding balance and transaction history
• update your address *, bank account details
• research dividend payment history
• sign up to receive electronic communications (eComms)
• access forms to complete amendments to details related to your holding
• sell your CDIs or shares (subject to Terms & Conditions online)
* If you are a CHESS Broker sponsored CDI holder, please contact your Broker as only they can update your change of address.
To access your holding at Computershare’s Investor Centre you will need to enter either your;
• HIN (Holder Identification Number) which begins with the letter X for CDI holders or letter C for shareholders
OR
• SRN (Securityholder Reference Number) which begins with the letter I (CDI holders only)
OR
• SSN (Social Security Number) which is in the format of 123-45-6789 (shareholders only)
You can locate your holder number on your holding statement.

Cross-Border Conversions
Arcadium Lithium shares can be converted into CDIs on a 1:1 basis, and vice versa, using the cross-border services of Arcadium Lithium’s Australian Registrar and US Transfer Agent, Computershare. The conversion process is generally completed within 24 hours, time zones permitting.
Computershare will not charge share or CDI holders any fees for converting between the two securities, however, a cross-border transaction fee may be charged by any intermediaries (i.e. broker or custodian) involved.
